  1. From here, we learn that not every customer is able to use the QR code. Supposedly making it easier for customers (by merely scanning with your phone), some customers still find it cumbersome and even got tripped over by such a simple action.

    Rather than seeing it as a limitation. I think QR code could be harnessed by marketers by using it as a tool for ‘Targeted Marketing’. Marketers can use it when they want to keep the target audience focused and exclude dim-wits.
